Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospects for property sales and rental opportunities.
- Conduct market research and provide accurate property valuations.
- List and market properties effectively across various platforms.
- Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements between parties.
- Prepare and process all necessary legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Provide exceptional client service and build long-term relationships.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Mauritian property market and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in Mauritius.
- Strong understanding of the La Louise, Quatre Bornes, and broader Mauritian property market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales capabilities.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
