Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and cultivate relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and renters.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and property valuations to advise clients effectively.
  • Prepare and present compelling property listings, including high-quality photographs and descriptions.
  • Organize and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
  • Guide clients through legal and financial aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and economic factors.
  • Provide exceptional post-transaction support and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Deep knowledge of the Curepipe and surrounding Mauritian property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients and properties.
  • Valid Mauritian driving license and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French; Creole is a plus.
  • Membership in a professional real estate association.
  • Experience with commercial property sales or rentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong professional network.
