Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business via networking and market research.
- Conduct property valuations and advise clients on market trends.

- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favourable outcomes ethically.
- Manage all necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.).
- Maintain current knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
- Build strong client relationships, providing exceptional support.
- Utilise CRM systems for lead tracking and client interaction management.
- Participate in open houses and viewings, representing Career.zycto professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in property sales or a related sales role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- In-depth knowledge of the Barking and Dagenham property market.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- NAEA or ARLA qualification.
- Experience with property management software.
