Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including economic trends, demographic shifts, and property market dynamics to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, joint venture waterfalls, and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare robust valuation reports, investment memoranda, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Perform due diligence on potential real estate assets, assessing financial performance, operational efficiencies, and market positioning.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with acquisition, asset management, and development teams to ensure alignment of analytical insights with strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the real estate and financial sectors.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in real estate analysis, finance, or investment banking.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
