Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Real Estate team, including project managers and sales executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, property showings, site visits, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Manage and organize critical real estate documentation, contracts, agreements, and client files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in market research and data collection to support property valuations, investment analyses, and strategic planning.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, handling inquiries and facilitating communication efficiently.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging potential issues and contributing to problem-solving.
  • Maintain and update property listings, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with promotional materials and online listings.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within real estate or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
