As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping our patients’ perception of our practice, fostering a warm and reassuring atmosphere that instills confidence and comfort.

Working within a modern, well-equipped clinic that prides itself on exceptional patient care and innovative dental solutions, you will be integral to the smooth daily operations. Your ability to multitask efficiently, prioritise urgent tasks, and maintain a calm and professional demeanour under pressure will be key to your success. Beyond administrative duties, this role offers the opportunity to build genuine relationships with our patients, becoming a familiar and trusted face. You will support the clinical team by coordinating patient flow, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition for patients throughout their visit. This role is perfect for an individual who is eager to apply their organisational talents and warm personality in a healthcare setting where they can genuinely make a significant difference to people’s health and well-being. If you are passionate about contributing to a positive patient journey and eager to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking team, we encourage you to apply. Join us and become the welcoming face and organisational backbone of our esteemed dental practice in Ecclesall, helping us uphold our reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.
