Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors to the Nedbank premises, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently, transferring them to the correct department or individual.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services, ensuring accurate logging and distribution.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Address client queries and provide basic information about Nedbank's services, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
