Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer management.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an internal or agency recruitment role.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting in the Western Australian market.
- Familiarity with local labour laws and regulations.
