This includes mastering various sourcing tools and techniques, conducting in-depth market research, and understanding different industry landscapes. You will contribute directly to building our talent pipelines, ensuring we always have a strong pool of qualified candidates ready for emerging opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sourcers and recruiters in identifying potential candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, etc.).
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and talent landscapes.
- Support in building and maintaining an organized candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help craft initial outreach messages and emails to engage passive candidates.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
- Shadow experienced sourcers and recruiters to learn best practices and effective communication techniques.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in a professional office environment, ideally within HR or recruitment.
- Basic understanding or familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn).
