Job Description
Raya Contact Center is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Hiring Operations team. In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding operations in 6th of October City, Giza. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of modern recruitment strategies and tools. You will collaborate closely with various department heads and HR business partners to understand their hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build robust talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to offer management and onboarding support.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles within the organization.
- Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives to promote Raya Contact Center as an employer of choice.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for contact center or BPO industries.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD).
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
