Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Measure and accurately record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in patient condition, behavior, or complaints to the supervising nurse.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Document patient care activities and observations meticulously as required by facility policies.
- Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Adhere strictly to all facility policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
