Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive patient care.
- Support patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately and report any abnormalities.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Help with patient documentation, ensuring accurate and timely entry of observations and care provided.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting and positive environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
