Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our growing digital marketing team. As a Remote Affiliate Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our affiliate program operations, helping to identify and recruit new affiliate partners, monitor campaign performance, and ensure our partnerships are mutually beneficial and optimized for success. You will work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of affiliate marketing, from partner outreach and onboarding to performance analysis and relationship management. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working independently from a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration. Your ability to analyze data, spot trends, and communicate insights will be key to helping us expand our reach and achieve our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying potential new affiliate partners relevant to our target markets.
- Support the outreach process to recruit and onboard new affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, and revenue, using analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate campaign performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with affiliates to provide support, address queries, and foster strong relationships.
- Help manage affiliate creatives, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, preferably with some exposure to affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
