Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

 - Successfully schedule appointments and meetings for the sales and relationship management teams.
 - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
 - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CBZ Bank's offerings, including banking products, investment solutions, and digital services.
 - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and appointments.
 - Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
 - Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to improve overall sales strategies.
 - Adhere to all company guidelines and compliance regulations regarding client interactions and data privacy.
 
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
 - Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
