Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings across different time zones.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology and distributing agendas/minutes.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and compile summaries to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and draft responses on behalf of team leads.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized digital files.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and operational support.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, offering solutions and improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar remote support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
