Key Responsibilities
- Organize, classify, and maintain electronic audit documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Assist audit teams in preparing and compiling audit working papers and supporting schedules.
- Perform accurate data entry and verification of financial and operational information into audit software and databases.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with audit team members via virtual platforms.
- Manage and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and securely stored.
- Support general administrative tasks related to audit engagements, as required.
- Assist with cross-referencing and indexing audit evidence.
- Learn and adapt to new audit technologies and software as implemented.
