This role demands a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundational understanding of AWS architecture, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Lambda, among others.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support. This involves monitoring client systems, responding to tickets via various channels (email, chat, phone), and documenting solutions thoroughly. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for AWS-related issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve common AWS service disruptions and configuration problems (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC).
  • Assist clients with basic AWS account management, billing inquiries, and service feature explanations.
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to senior engineers and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices in our internal knowledge base.
  • Monitor client AWS environments for potential issues and proactively suggest optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on new AWS services, features, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
  • Educate clients on AWS best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience providing technical support, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Proficiency in basic networking concepts (DNS, IP addressing, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
