This unique role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere within Rubavu, Western Province, Rwanda, allowing you to manage your own schedule while making a significant contribution to our business development efforts. As a Remote B2B Appointment Scheduler, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging with potential corporate and business clients, setting up high-quality appointments for our Business Relationship Managers. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and schedule introductory meetings, laying the groundwork for new and lasting client relationships for various banking services, from corporate loans to trade finance. This isn’t just about making calls; it’s about being the crucial first point of contact, representing I&M Bank Rwanda Plc with professionalism and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research potential B2B clients in target industries through various channels (online research, databases, networking).
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and qualify leads.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments and introductory meetings for Business Relationship Managers with prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate I&M Bank's value proposition and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for scheduled appointments and qualified leads.
  • Provide regular reports on activity, pipeline, and results.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies during client interactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda (French is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a conducive home office setup.
