Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute comprehensive beta testing programs for new products and features.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse global community of beta testers, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Develop and distribute clear test plans, detailed guides, and efficient bug reporting templates to testers.
- Monitor beta test progress meticulously, track key performance metrics, and proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative feedback from beta testers.
- Categorize, prioritize, and translate bug reports, feature requests, and usability observations into actionable insights.
- Communicate critical feedback and insights effectively to product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
- Facilitate regular, clear communication channels, including forums, surveys, and direct interactions, with beta testers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, feedback, program outcomes, and process improvements.

Required Skills
