Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, credit memos, and statements accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing system records and client account information.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding payments and billing issues.
  • Generate and distribute various billing reports to management.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing.
  • Ensure all billing procedures adhere to company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure billing accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP)
