Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Schedule and confirm various appointments, meetings, interviews, and virtual events.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, offering alternative solutions efficiently.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
