Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and present performance insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Identify and address potential client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Educate clients on new services, features, and best practices to help them maximise their digital marketing investment.
  • Monitor client health metrics, proactively identifying at-risk accounts and implementing retention strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of client loyalty programs and initiatives.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client reports and presentations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relations, preferably in a digital marketing or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and strong relationships remotely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to client success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with clients across various industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Certification in relevant digital marketing specialisms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated experience in upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
