Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans for key business initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities across various stakeholder groups.
  • Assist in the creation of communication strategies and materials to ensure clear, consistent messaging regarding changes.
  • Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for new processes/systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, tracking adoption rates and identifying areas for intervention.
  • Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of change interventions and propose adjustments.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to change management activities.
  • Foster a positive and proactive attitude towards change within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a business change, project support, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and engagement.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci Certification).
  • Experience working within the technology or semiconductor industry.
