Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions to understand customer service protocols and product/service knowledge.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently after initial training.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors in a remote work environment.
