As a Remote Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new information, product updates, and system changes through ongoing training.
- Maintain a professional and quiet home office environment conducive to focused work during shift hours.
Required Skills
