Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms, including social media and email newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and generate initial reports for Campaign Managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external content creators to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Maintain and update campaign tracking documents, databases, and project management tools.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities relevant to our campaigns.
- Support the creation of engaging campaign materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide administrative support to the campaign team as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
