Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to candidates and interviewers for virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Send timely interview invitations, reminders, and confirmations, ensuring all parties have necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in preparing and distributing interview materials, such as resumes, interview guides, and evaluation forms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries regarding interview logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Compile and organize interview feedback from hiring teams for review.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote interviewing processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within HR or recruitment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
