Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist candidates with navigating application processes, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars effectively.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status, maintaining transparent communication.
  • Manage and update candidate records accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and send out pre-interview materials and post-interview feedback forms.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Identify and escalate complex candidate issues to appropriate team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of candidate support processes and resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
