Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and technical concerns efficiently.
- Guide customers through various processes, explain features, and offer effective solutions using clear, concise language.
