Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support to clients regarding their cloud infrastructure, applications, and services via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately in our ticketing system and knowledge base.
- Assist clients with account management, service provisioning, and basic configuration tasks.
- Educate clients on best practices for cloud utilization and security.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to products, services, and support processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and service offerings.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of self-help documentation and FAQs for clients.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows Server).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
