Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and timely code reviews for various programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python, JavaScript) and platforms.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, security best practices, and performance requirements.
  • Identify potential bugs, security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and design flaws in the codebase.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Participate in defining and evolving code review processes and best practices within the organization.
  • Contribute to documentation of coding standards, patterns, and anti-patterns.
  • Mentor junior developers on code quality, design principles, and effective testing strategies.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Extensive experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and common security vulnerabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
