Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and actively engage with our online community across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and relevant professional forums.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, helpful, and brand-consistent manner, reflecting Career.zycto's values.
  • Foster positive and genuine relationships with community members, acting as a direct liaison between the community and internal teams.
  • Identify and report on community trends, user feedback, and potential issues to relevant internal stakeholders for strategic planning.
  • Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Support the development and seamless implementation of community engagement initiatives, campaigns, and online events.
  • Help identify and strategically engage with key community influencers and brand advocates.
