Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints via phone, email, and chat.
  • Listen empathetically to customers, accurately document issues, and gather all necessary information.
  • Investigate and analyze complaints to determine root causes and appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate solutions and next steps clearly and professionally to customers.
  • De-escalate challenging situations with patience and tact, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
