Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of various contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Maintain and update the contract management database with accurate and current information.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, sales, finance) to gather necessary documentation and approvals for contracts.
- Ensure all contract documents are properly filed, archived, and readily accessible.
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and expiration dates, alerting relevant stakeholders in advance.
- Proofread and edit contract drafts for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding contract status and provide administrative support as needed.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to contract status and metrics.
- Support the onboarding process for new vendors and clients from a contractual perspective.
- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements related to contract management.
