Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, development, and curation of engaging and accurate course content across various subjects.
  • Review, edit, and proofread course materials for grammatical errors, stylistic consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Format course content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, for optimal online presentation and user experience.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to integrate feedback and refine content.
  • Support the creation of learning objectives, assessment questions, quizzes, and interactive activities.
  • Organize and manage content assets within our learning management system (LMS) and content repositories.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all course materials before deployment to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-learning best practices and content development tools.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to content development and project management as needed.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to research and synthesize complex information effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
