Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality assurance checks on course content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless learner experience.
- Organize and maintain content libraries, ensuring all assets are properly tagged and easily retrievable.
- Support the content team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content development processes and tools.

- Collaborate effectively with remote team members across different time zones.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
