Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructional designers in the creation, development, and editing of engaging course content, including text, presentations, quizzes, and multimedia scripts.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all course materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Upload, manage, and organize course content within our Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, ensuring proper functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, format, and integrate diverse content elements into cohesive learning modules.
- Research and curate supplementary learning resources, images, and videos to enhance course engagement and educational value.
- Provide administrative support for content development projects, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking progress.
- Maintain an organised library of course assets and templates, ensuring easy access and version control for the team.
- Respond to feedback and implement revisions to course materials promptly and accurately.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a content creation, administrative, or assistant role, preferably within an educational or e-learning setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrable experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar.
