Job Description

Econet Wireless Zimbabwe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Course Curriculum QA Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and evaluating our diverse range of internal and external course curricula and training materials. Your primary goal will be to ensure all educational content is accurate, consistent, engaging, and aligns perfectly with our learning objectives and brand standards. You will identify areas for improvement, suggest revisions, and work collaboratively with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and trainers to refine our learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of all new and existing course curricula, training modules, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Verify content accuracy, grammatical correctness, pedagogical effectiveness, and alignment with specified learning outcomes and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, branding, tone, and accessibility standards across all learning resources.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to instructional designers and subject matter experts, recommending improvements for clarity, engagement, and efficacy.
- Develop and implement QA checklists, rubrics, and standardized procedures to streamline the content review process.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve content discrepancies and integrate feedback effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of all QA reviews, revisions, and approvals, documenting the evolution of course materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and quality assurance methodologies to continually enhance our processes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in curriculum development, instructional design, or quality assurance for educational content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address content gaps and areas for improvement.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, including document and presentation software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or Adult Learning.
- Experience working with diverse teams in a remote, geographically dispersed environment.
