Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), including configuration, customization, and user management.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness within the CRM system through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues and enhancing user adoption.
- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize CRM processes, workflows, and automation rules to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and access permissions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Stay current with CRM best practices, new features, and updates, recommending improvements and driving continuous enhancement.
- Assist in the integration of the CRM system with other business applications and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator with a strong understanding of CRM principles and functionalities.
