Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Remote CRM Administrator to join our growing team. While our operational hub is in Abu Dhabi, this role offers the flexibility of working remotely from a UK base, allowing you to seamlessly integrate with our global team and impact our success.

As our Remote CRM Administrator, you will be the backbone of our customer relationship management system, ensuring its optimal performance, data integrity, and user adoption. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our CRM platform, primarily focusing on its application to recruitment processes, client management, and candidate tracking within the UK context. Your work will directly empower our recruitment consultants and business development teams to operate efficiently, make informed decisions, and deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates. We are looking for an individual who is not just technically proficient but also possesses a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) including user accounts, security settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Perform regular data audits, clean-up, and de-duplication to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Monitor CRM system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Create and generate complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on recruitment metrics, client engagement, and candidate pipelines for the UK market.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations relevant to UK operations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Stay updated with new CRM features and functionalities, recommending and implementing relevant updates.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator (3+ years preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of database management principles and data integrity best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with UK data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
