Job Description

Are you a seasoned CRM professional with a passion for driving business transformation through technology? Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote CRM Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the entire CRM project lifecycle, from initial strategy and requirements gathering to successful deployment and user adoption. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly with client stakeholders across various industries, designing and implementing cutting-edge CRM solutions (primarily Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms) that optimize sales, service, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, current processes, and pain points.
  • Design and architect scalable, effective CRM solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other enterprise CRM systems.
  • Perform hands-on configuration, customization, and development within CRM platforms, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, solution designs, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Manage data migration strategies and execute data loading processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training to end-users and client administrators.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical developers, and other consultants in a remote team setting.
  • Stay current with CRM industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM implementation and consulting roles.
  • Proficiency with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices across sales, service, and marketing domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing client expectations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Consultant).
  • Experience with integration tools and methodologies (e.g., APIs, middleware platforms).
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous consulting experience with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Experience in diverse industry sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public Sector).
