In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative training programs and educational materials across various departments within our organization. As a Remote Curriculum Designer, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and multimedia development to create compelling content that supports our associates’ professional growth and enhances organizational performance. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence, crucial for navigating the evolving landscape of healthcare.

This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, a deep understanding of blended learning approaches, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable, and memorable learning modules. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and fellow L&D professionals to identify learning objectives, define content scope, and develop assessments that effectively measure knowledge acquisition and skill application. From the initial conceptualization phase through pilot testing to final deployment and iteration, you will ensure all learning solutions align seamlessly with Independent Health’s strategic goals, operational needs, and critical regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry. Your ability to integrate diverse learning modalities, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and performance support tools, will be key to your success.

You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the learner experience through feedback and data analysis. If you are driven by the opportunity to shape how our associates learn and grow, thrive in a remote setting that offers flexibility and autonomy, and are eager to contribute to a company deeply committed to community health and employee development, we encourage you to apply. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact from wherever you are located, contributing directly to the success of our workforce and ultimately, the well-being of our members and the broader community.
