Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and product questions efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute feedback.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs for skill enhancement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably remote.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
