Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic service experience.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
