Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information and creative solutions to customer issues.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Actively collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and improve overall service delivery.
- Work effectively and independently in a remote setting, ensuring consistent service quality and punctuality for evening shifts.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
