Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile services, data connectivity, and other Vodacom products with efficiency and expertise.
- Guide customers through various service processes, product features, and account management procedures.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new services, promotions, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and various communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a conducive home office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (1 year minimum).
