Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, service queries, and general concerns with patience and clarity.
- Provide accurate, complete, and valid information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of empathy and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Reliable internet connection and a conducive home office environment.

- Experience with online ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
