Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers via phone and email regarding delivery times, updates, and any potential delays.
  • Liaise with delivery teams to confirm schedules, address logistical challenges, and provide necessary support.
  • Accurately input and maintain scheduling data within our designated software systems.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Generate and distribute daily/weekly delivery reports to relevant internal departments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.
