Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of product performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics and KPIs using various analytical tools and data sources.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business questions into analytical problems and provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into product health and performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and best practices in the e-commerce space.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders across various departments in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and analytical methodologies.
- Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure data quality and availability.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role within e-commerce.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, user journeys, and key performance indicators.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Previous experience working in an agile product development environment.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.
