Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding e-commerce orders, products, and services.
  • Provide accurate information on order status, product specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist customers with navigating the Office Depot website, creating accounts, and managing their online profiles.
  • Troubleshoot common website issues, login problems, and technical difficulties related to the online shopping experience.
  • Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, promotions, and changes to e-commerce policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), and standard office applications.
